Ouida Vendryes is founder and president of Resolution Management (RM).  A Certified Master Coach (CMC), Ouida’s 20 years of leading key executives, managers and employees to success in promoting positive change has earned her recognition as an expert people strategist.  Through custom tailored programs and workshops Ouida helps people from all walks of life handle conflict, reduce stress and strengthen their professional relationships.  Ms. Vendryes offers advice on leadership development and coaching in her open, honest, personable style.


Ouida Vendryes tailors her successful management development programs for a spectrum of organizations. At Touro Law School Ouida taught HR professionals the importance of how to mediate. For Cornell University, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Covenant House she customized training programs in Conflict Management, Mediation, Sexual Harassment, Team Building, Managing Diversity, Customer Service, Communication and Time Management.

Her Relationships By Objective seminar for Consolidated Edison helped the company strengthen labor-management relations by producing an action plan that facilitates day-to-day collaboration. Ouida designed, developed and delivered the core trainer program for the American Society for Training and Development. RM was selected to develop and launch the first Labor/Management Team Building Train-the-Trainer program for Local 1199 in New York. This innovative program helped transform labor/management relations in the hospital industry for the new millennium.

This premier event, representing the largest gathering of independent trainers and consultants in the world, explores leading-edge approaches to improving individual and organizational performance in today’s diverse workplace.  Ouida’s presentation, Showcasing for Success: Recruiting and Business Building Opportunities, was an integral part of the conference. Ms. Vendryes holds a Master of Science degree in Education from Brooklyn College, a BA in Psychology from SUNY at Stony Brook, and is an adjunct instructor at Cornell University. She is a member of Mediation Training International’s global network of consultants who are specifically qualified to handle labor management disputes. She is also the Former President of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners.
